Can't dm staff

I get the reasoning behind not allowing DM for DNT. However how is one to DM staff if they can't dm. And no one will reply via discord?

 

Depends what you need to DM them about. The most obvious way is to remain patient until they respond via Discord.

 

You didn't DM all staff members on discord. Also it's likely that whatever you need can be addressed with a thread on-site (dispute, pardon, support, etc.) - what's up?

 

It can not as it has names and what not of users here. I was talking to @Andy but he said he was not handling it. So whoever is it would be greatly appreciated if they could dm me.
