Grave's Cooking Show: How to make ribeye steak

Today we're going to be making one of my absolute favorites. A nice cut of steak for about $20 and not much effort required to make this meal. I like to have this with a few sides usually but I didn't have the time and I wanted to focus on just making the steak here.

I like using steak that's more fresh but realistically sometimes it has to be frozen. Make sure you use something like a foodsaver bag for best results.





Let the steak thaw out for as long as necessary. I usually leave it overnight.

Put thew steak in a big gallon size ziplock bag. Get the good zip kind or else everything will fall out and go everywhere.




Add in salt, pepper,, eggs, caesar, lime juice, garlic powder, and for my secret ingredients:








And of course an egg. Put it all in, shake it around, and put it in a water bath.



Leave it in this for at least 30 minutes.

Fire up the grill to maximum temperature, and squeeze out the excess liquid.




Close the bag back up, clean the workspace, and get it to soak in really well.




Pull out the steak and let the liquid drip down a little, and then throw it on the grill.



I like mine rare so I cook it for a few minutes per side.

Easiest to do that and then mop the floor, you shouldn't pour it down your sink because it will clog it.
