Proof that it's their Discord: I never had a PM back from their sythe but that's what they claimed it was and they looked at the PM but simply didn't respond.

Explanation of the trade: I was MM'ing/Name Transfering a name for KungFuGorilla(Seller) and Fighu(Buyer) for 400m + 80m xfer protection. KungFuGorilla was added by some guy ingame *Reset Mental* and were told to add Fighu on discord to proceed. I took payment/informations and proceeded to do the transfer but got instantly botsniped for the name somehow. I was about to refund both parties when I noticed the previous name was *Reset Mental2* (Fighu's friend's RSN ingame). I digged a little more and took a GIF because it was extremely suspicious. I fully paid the seller because he filled his part of the deal but as of now, fighu's friend sniped the name from me and also tried to hide their previous name ASAP but I had time to take a gif. When KungFu confronted Fighu about it, they said theyre not in a call with Reset Mental anymore.

So Fighu used me as MM and they sniped the name back from me WHILE trying to get their 400m back from my pocket.

At 8:23 I said in the group damn theres a previous name wtf, then to hide the *ResetMental2* name the sniper changed the name few minutes later to cover up something. Most likely so KungFu doesn't understand whats going on exactly since he was talking with Reset Mental (Fighu's friend) just before?

TLDR:

So basicly Fighu tried to buy the name and attempted to snipe it from me with his friend *Reset Mental* so he would get refunded by me ASWELL. Its a shame they forgot about the *ResetMental2* being the previous name when it got sniped. Keep in mind Reset Mental was in a Call with Fighu during the process (lmao).

Thoughts? I still hold fighu's 80m Xfer fee and haven't refunded him the 400m the name was insured for yet. I did fully pay the seller (KungFuGorilla) though.

 

Where is the evidence that this Reset Mental guy is my friend what????? I'm struggling to understand what is going on here I paid 480M for protection and the name to STOP things like sniping happening?????? Am I being stitched up here honestly can't understand what is actually happening. ALEX did not request a response from the PM I just wanted to confirm that is was him who I was dealing with in the trio group

Hi there guys, I would just like to say that I was the seller for this trade i.e I was selling the name to the person through Alex's MM services. I was on runescape when this person called Fighu messaged me in game if i wanted to sell my name. We had a chat and he mentioned he had been waiting for months for me to log in because he wanted this name so badly and I had finally put my private on in a long time. He offered me 150m and I stated I was looking for an offer higher than that, so then he offered 300m. I agreed and he referred me alex's mm services and discord channel, with alex's higher rep I was satisfied. I messaged Alex and the admin on the channel if they were interested in the name to see if i could get a better deal. Alex was not interested but his admin was and offered me 400m to which I agreed but this caused a huge outrage to these scammers. A person by the name "reset mental" had started to message me ingame (baring in mind sythe messages are saved) telling me how much of a nasty person I am for changing the person I sold it to, he mentioned that the person I originally was going to sell to was crying etc and was very upset as I agreed a deal with him but i got a better offer so its my choice. He then told me how much of an idiot i was etc and then finally agreed that fighu would pay 400m plus the fees because he wanted to name so bad, i told alex's admin and he didnt think much about it and wished on a good transaction and i prcoeeded with negotiations. He then invited me to a discord channel with someone called "elenswaps" i think and we talked on that discord for a long time and we were trying to come up with some sort of deal with those guys but i didnt want to as they had way less of a rep than alex. anyway thats how i met the person who sniped the name. we proceeded with the trade and then when it got sniped the account that it got sniped on had the previous name "resetmental2" so thats why it is definitely these guys that have scammed, in my opinion alex has done what he could and offered a fair service and these guys have tekan advantage of it, DO NOT LET THESE GUYS DO IT AGAIN

 

I'd really like to know why Reset Mental was extremely pushy towards KungFu so he would change his mind and sell it to you instead of someone else + You were in a call with Reset Mental when it got sniped + the previous name on the name when it got sniped was *ResetMental2*.

 

Yes these are my TOS, but in this case you are clearly teaming up with your friend you were in the call with to snipe it from me during the trade. Sythe Mods will decide what's going to happen with this 400m assurance + 80m xfer fee you paid.

This is the first time ever I see a name beind sniped and be put onto an already existing account, sadly for you the previous name was the same as your friend you were in a call with (LMFAO). I though it was manually sniped but then I was told Reset Mental was a coder, so a program/bot most likely stole it.

I remember in 2018 this exact same scenario happenned, I refunded the guy his money and when I woke up the name was transfered back onto his account. This is not happening twice, I have proofs you were in a call with the sniper when it happenned lol.

 

I messaged KungFu on my RS account yes asking if his name for sale as it is related to my name IRL. I offered 150M at first which was declined so upped my offer which was further declined. I asked him to add me on Discord and we discussed 300M-350M but he told me he had an offer from Ronan off Alex's Discord for 400M?? He was trying to get me to pay 500M at one stage but then dropped his offer down to 400M and said he would let me buy it because it held some value to me as it was IRL related to myself.

Post your proof that I am in a call with this Reset guy please

There wasn't anyone on my Discord called Reset Mental??? I left all calls I was in while in process of doing the trade we was doing because I wanted my account information to be secure and to be fully aware of what was happening

 

If your plan was to make a report why did you pay out this straight away? For all you know Ronin or KungFu were equally potentially responsible as I. Now all you've done is completed one side of the trade and left me out of pocket and claiming yourself to be the victim

Ronin is my first ever friend on RS since 2005 and doesnt even know how to transfer names. He backed out because I told him he shouldn't be paying more then 325m ish for it if he intended to try and resell it for profit down the line.

I usually never hold people's money but the seller completed his part of the deal.

The fact Reset Mental is your friend / the one who reffered KungFu to you and was extremely pushy for him to sell it to you and then the name got sniped by your friend on his account **ResetMental2** is the reason I didn't pay you yet.

this report seems like you're trying to justify scamming me, not only have i missed out on the name i have wanted for a long time, but you also now have my 400M can a mod please look at this?

 

Was my first time getting sniped by an already existing account. I've lost a total of like 13-14 names, every single persons got refunded out of my pocket, once even was almost 2'000$. This is not the point.

Everything has been mentioned, when KungFu asked if your friend Reset Mental sniped the name you said *Idk I'm not in the call with them anymore*. And now you're acting like you have no clue who he is lol.

How can he DM/post proof when there isn't any? I feel there is some bias clearly going on with the current evidence provided. KungFu stated he talked with this Reset Mental on RS and Discord where are the logs to prove this?

 

The odds of kungfu randomly talking about reset mental beeing the one who pmed him ingame to sell to ashleyy and then it get sniped by him on an alt *resetmental2* and tried to hide it by changing name instantly makes it so obvious.

But the fact it was ingame and kungfu has no pictues just makes it unprovable for me. Fig was just moved earlier today and got sniped by another name sniper Assassin just told me so its whatever now atleast hes not gonna potenially end up with my gp + the name now.
