One theory is Jagex have been monitering all accounts in the MTA, selecting those whose activity fits within the basic pattern (since there is no exact pattern) created by the bot (perhaps manually), then activiting a 'check' on the account which will for the following 10-20 seconds poll mouse position extremely quickly (upwards of 100 times per second), which could identify it reasonably accurately at the moment. This is quite extreme measure because it causes very heavy lag to legitimate players if they get 'checked' but would be a good tactic and would almost certainly identify the bot.
That's one theory, but if that's what they were doing they won't be able to do that in the next version, because the mouse position will be interpolated between each step in it's movement so no matter how close they put the microscope they won't find any 'steps'.
Still working on a few other updates too.

robtoz when updating the mta i recommend you making the mouse movements more complex and also the bots auto talker act more human and some times joke around. just some ideas to help you out. good luck
