Did you ever at any point inform them that you had your own services Discord/were doing services on the side? If so please provide proof.

Please note that account sales do not count as services in this instance.

@Andy if you look you will see that ToS says specifically "you must inform us if you work for yourself/another service provider outside of our discord" what i messaged johan was "hey so im starting to sell blast furnace accs on sythe am i aloud to inv my customers to stamina if they wana use you guys for anything?" so he was well informed that i was working for myself. i have to get off and go to work then i will be back to provide more

As I said above, account sales do not count as services, regardless of the wording on their ticketing system.

Do you have any proof at all that you informed them that you owned and operated a services Discord of your own?

@Andy as their ToS states i must inform them if i am also working for myself which if you see the photo attached i tell him i was doing my own thing. and even with what their ToS saying that they need to be notified so they can work around my schedule, but in actuality they are just using this so they can remove workers and keep their deposits. Also Their ToS says subject to change at any time which is an abuse of power because the ToS is an agreement between two parties that should not be able to change at all without consent of both parties so they could have changed the ToS without me even knowing also the screenshots of the ToS does not show a post date or anything so it could have very well been changed and there is no way to know because i dont have admin rights so i can see edit history or if they deleted anything and if they did change i was not notified. but all that being said i had no ill intention and didnt try to harm them or their customers but their ToS is clearly being abused so harm workers.

also the managers were giving me account info and what not outside of the designated server channel which is also against their own ToS. i can provide screenshots of proof but will have to black out account details they send

 

I've had Viking show me the log of the Discord channel where you originally put down the deposit and agreed to the TOS. The part in question here requiring you to inform them is present and unedited, which means you did agree to abide by it.

Regardless of you informing them that you were selling accounts on Sythe, you neglected to mention that you owned and operate a competitor Discord which also offered services. This means that you broke their TOS and are not entitled to a return of your deposit.

It was also brought to my attention above that you'd plagiarized from the Stamina Discord server:

It is rather obvious that you've copy and pasted this from the Stamina Discord and changed/removed a few parts of it.

So not only is @javier d jimenez not entitled to a return of his deposit, he will also be banned for 1 month for plagiarism and will need to correct the similarities between @Viking's Discord and his.
