Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Got reported various times for missing deadlines. Never learned with verbal warnings so I got DNT'ed this time for the recent report. As upset as I was with this it was much needed. I was told I can appeal it right away but I decided to take a 1 month break to catch up on everything and focus on my self. I was working on a few other ventures while doing gfx so I fell behind on some orders and this is what caused the delays. I am now caught up on majority of my orders and plan to keep it this way, at times I would over take orders just to not miss out on them and that is part of the reason that I got dug up in this deep hole.

Also the report that got me DNT'ed wasn't about me being late originally, it was about the issue we had regarding him purchasing a design and not a design + full website but I won't get into this as it has been done and dealt with. He later bought in me being late because the original report didn't go as he had planned. He was expecting a full refund but the moderator handling the report said I don't owe him anything and that was done with.

After a few days, even tho the moderator said I don't owe him a refund or any kind of money, out of the kindness of my heart I refunded him $750 back (half the payment) + let him keep the full design and my friend hooked him up with the coding for the amount I had refunded so at the end everything worked out for him and he seemed happy. I felt bad due to the circumstance and the miscommunication we had hence why I tanked the loss. I didn't want him to be screwed over a mistake he made and the overall bad miscommunication we had.

Hopefully this is the last and final time I'm reported for ever being late on an order. I understand that this hurts my character and brand so in the future there will never be a similar report such as this. I need to be more responsible and deliver on time so i'll put all my focus towards that. Also

- I'll be sure to only accept orders if I am 100% capable of delivering them on time.
- I'll quote longer deadlines rather than a few days.
- I won't over take orders. I rather miss out on them then be late again.
- I'll be sure to make it 1000% clear what the customer is getting before they pay so there is no miscommunications or misunderstandings.

I take full responsibility for my actions, and understand that being late not once but countless times isn't the way to run a business/service. Taking the month off really helped me reflect and catch up on everything. I'm not just saying what I said above, I really mean it and i'll stick by what I said. With that being said, I hope I can be forgiven so I can continue providing my service on Sythe.org
