Ponken's Unban Application

Hello, Ponken here.

About 2 years ago I was banned on Sythe, permanently. Reason being scamming, with that said, heres my defense.

I worked on this project together with a very close friend, Sold plenty of accounts and made alot of GP. So at this point in time I had quit RS and the account selling scene, my friend who made/sold the majority of the accounts were still in it. He sold a Zerker account to a user called Maxedrs3gainz, smooth transaction and all, he was a happy customer! 6 Months after the account was bought, we get a report thread upon us. We are given the ultimatum to get the account we sold him unbanned, if we dont succed, we're forced to pay him the 100m he bought the account for or simply get permanently banned. My friend who was active in this, recovered his account, which was expected from us, but as the account was banned there was not much we could do. We offer'd him all help possible but that was not enough.

To me, its pretty damn obvious that the admin that review'd our case(Vlad) is a friend to the so called victim here.


Yesterday I talked to an admin called video, here are the prints. After this conversation he vanished in thin air, heard nothing back from him.

If I shouldnt be held accountable for the account as it got banned(as video said) I'd appreciate an unban.

The customer's account got banned like a day before he made that dispute, and you sold the account to him many months prior. I don't think you should be liable to refund him for an account he got banned.

I will talk to @video about whether you need to pardon for this
