Link to/reason for TWC: @spk trader has received a trade with caution for trying to inflate his vouch thread by quoting vouches from his vouch thread essentially fake vouching

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: Just was replying for all vouches i have been given didn't know that it's not allowed.
