How avoid RWT on training service?

lately one of my accounts got banned for RWT while I trained on them(HCIM). It was a acc from scratch, so it doesnt hurt. But it was my first time I actually received a ban for that. How to avoid it? The worker played on it for 15hours + daily, is it because of that? The IP?

 

RWT is normally random. It could be based on frequency, an amount traded, the items traded, an IP's previous bans if any, the list goes on. There are plenty of ways to avoid using a blacklisted IP and I think that'll be the most beneficial to you at the moment.
