I could argue if it was some how picked up on my end i could appeal it and get it unbanned as it would be the first offence on the account. but I can't because the information regarding the account offences wasn't expressed to me and not to mention you confirmed the account I was purchasing was available then you told me SECONDS after the payment went through that the account was sold, just for you 2 days later to put that account that I initially agreed on purchasing BACK UP FOR SALE WHEN YOU TOLD ME IT WASNT AVAILABLE

First I repeat something I already told you. the account was with me for 3 years the infernal offense was a mistake. in fact they gave me back my cape. the offense was a long time ago. and it is not like the current one the first one was "MINOR" THE ONE YOU DID NOW is bigger.
the account was certainly sold. And then the buyer used it and asked me to help her sell again. to get his money back "without problems" he is happy with his money ... something you did not do. they banned you. and then you want to cheat to get back something you already lost.

I have proof of everything but I reserve it, it is only compatible with moderators.

You sold me account without notifying me of offence history.
You stated you are original owner of accounts and if you were youd be able to recover it. You cant even recover it. I'm disputing you because you sold me an account against the Sythe rules. You told me the account was available then last second it wasn't. I was banned for MAJOR rwt in 5 days. It doesnt matter about the ban. Because if you could recover it like you are supposed to be able to I could potentially get it removed because no RWT happened on my end. But we dont know that because you cant even recover it and you failed to notify me of the offences.

 

If you told me the account was investigated for infernal cape I wouldn't of even touched it. I was under the assumption it was a clean and free account.

 

30 minutes went by and he notified me 5 seconds after btc cleared that the account wasn't available anymore. Sketchy

 

I sold you an account which you are supposed to check everything. because it was a change. under your conscience. You said yes and you accepted the business. you really liked the account because it was a good account. Now that you have been banned, you are looking for 1000 excuses.

Also there is no reason for recovery, your account was not hacked. "Your account was banned."

yes but it was a change of account which you accepted and I said check it out. You told me everything in order. I trusted you. if I send you to check obviously it has to check everything.

How do I know this account wasn't resold to me if you did resell it. How come you cant recover an account you claim to be an original owner of? You weren't honest and upfront about the whole situation and you even told me to dispute. I dont know. Everything just isn't adding up.

Why did you agree to sell me an account 40 mins later seconds after payment clears you tell me you no longer had the account. I would think on good business and as someone who does business on Sythe they'd know the rules. It's just a bunch of weird shady stuff not adding up. Why would I spend $600 on a main to run it to the dirt in 5 days. I just feel taken advantage of.

 

Note - Claims jagex made mistake and gave cape back but offence was still on the account. If jagex did make a mistake the offence would of been removed.

Just a lot of shady stuff.
