Slayer Spark Scam Report

I purchased a 2.1k total from him, a few days later i believe he recovered the account, and then wiped and sold all wealth on the account while claiming it was cleaned when he got it back. He refunded me, but at current gold rates he profited from the transaction. He then said he would suicide the bot, and that it got perm banned. It hasn't. It is still on hiscores, and has even had a name change now, as well as his discord username. All of this leads me to believe he scammed me, and will do it again. I also saw postings of him buying and selling other accounts on Sythe. SO BEWARE.

A few questions for you:
1) Do you have proof of the wealth you lost?
2) When did you actually buy this account? It seems like @S P A R K isn't the original owner, but he's still liable for all recoveries for sales in the past month unless you agreed to other terms.

 

I do not have proof of wealth, it was about 500m in gear. i bought the account 2-3 weeks ago, and there was no agreement that he was not liable.

 

Gotcha, thanks for the quick reply. @S P A R K is liable for your loss, but without proof of what was lost there's not much to be done here if he has already refunded you the purchase price of the account.
