Which violation you are reporting the user for: Self/Fake Vouching: If you fake vouches, steal vouches or in any way attempt to pass off illegitimate vouches as legitimate you will be banned for 2 weeks and be given a TWC. A second offence will result in a permanent DNT.; If a user claims to have "X" vouches, then the user will be required to list them on your actual thread. If failed to do so, then the false advertisement rule will be applied. ; Offsite vouches are not honored or allowed on Sythe (you may include offsite vouches in the body of a thread, nowhere else) ;


Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Tells me on my 3.5k member Runescape Blackmarket Facebook Group I own only does LOL stuff and just getting into OSRS stuff. Also zero buy/sale threads or comments for the 700m he bought and someone went first to him as a new comer from sunday with 0 feedback. VERY HARD TO BELIEVE.
