How they scammed: Bashing name due to a made up number they have in there head.

Long story short. He made a school project for me (see first few pics) and send to me. I send to the person it is for and they can't use it cause he wrote fuck in it. he sends the project and everything and there is no payment talk or anything. continue scrolling through SS you'll see i ask about getting other stuff he ask and then no reply if he want to do or not. later one day in a dicord group he just ban me from ( have proof i was in it this morning until he made a big deal about this) he was short some money for a graphics card. I told him if he would make a simple log i could pay him something. SS show where I "Paypal. Ill send ya the 5$" which then he declines it.

Final product sent to me 10/15. literally next comment is the paypal. ill send you 5$. declines. goes on a couple of days then says i scammed 20$. Then come in the sythe discord saying im scamming 30$. Number keeps changing.

Okay well that was a fun read. What was the original amount you guys agreed to? You somehow left that out of the chat logs you posted.

he was kicked from the server earlier today because i want him not to be associated with anything related to it.

in previous conversations, we were talking about $20 for the avatar.

@BMF Jay Hill as you are part of the BMF $30 should not be a concern, especially since that's what you agreed to pay. Please pay the man what he is owed.

 

30$ is not owed. Please reference the picture date he sent. The the dates all services were rendered. The project was sent and discussed may 25th ( see first few ss). The after was discussion of other items I wanted done with no replies. Then we move to the logo and he does it and I try to send 5$ I unable to provide more details to his $30 claim as he kicked me to cover it up. But it was him trying to muscle money out of me cause I was ban here.

The project was done for nothing. No price was ever talked about and no payment till a much much later date was requested.

20$ was discussed if he would spice it up. Read entire SS. And a picture of logo in it it. The same logo at end that was received not spiced up still very very simple.

so basically you posted this long post saying you have no proof that you dont owe me $30, but i have proof saying you'd pay me $30 before leaving the server.

The pay 30$ you have is taken out of context. If you scroll up you would see that. But again. You removed me so you could post Snippets

But if you were owed money why didn't you say anything about it in May when services where rendered. Instead you wait a couple days after I was ban here to come up with numbers never discussed once via dm where you sent the final products?

30$ again is not owed. The 30$ referenced is out of context and in every SS he post he will not scroll up past the actual logo. This last post from him and his OP have the ss where my logo is at top and shows the agreeing for 30$ out of context.

Why don't you request him to scroll up please. Will head light to whole situation unless otherwise already been removed by him.


THE DIRECT MESSAGE WITH HIM ARE CLEAR. He sent that project. A couple days passed. I was made aware it cursed. Confronted him. He said whatever he said. No payment asked for. No payment discussed. Later I go to ask for a banner. He wanted examples and I supplied. Then dead chat. I later ask for a emoji for the server I was in with him remix. He could do cause 200 images or something.
Then ask for a logo. He makes. Offer to send 5$ pp. He declines. Time passes. I get ban here. Literally a few days. He decides to try to cashin by makeing up a number. The 30$ in the general chat of the server he is posting in 100% out of context and he keep stopping his scroll up at the logo for a reason.

Because I'm nice I'll offer to pay 10$ ($5 more then I owe) cause at on point we were friends.

Please staff request to see more of that general chat. Also look for chat where he gave me the project. No money talk ever.

Well seeing there was never an agreement for 30$ it will be settled for less then 30$. There has yet been a request made to him to show more context. Yet I would apply post it if he would not have removed me from the group. As I clearly in the group all the way up to this morning with no issues. And he was aware prior to today I had been in that group. So the blinders you have on in this case is unreal. If he wasn't hiding anything why was I removed today, when you could have removed me so long ago. He has had staff in said group as long as I've been there.

Maybe another staff member can chime in here.

 

as i said, you can rejoin the group with no issue, it was only a kick as i have no way to ban you from it. I have yet to delete any messages and you are in contact with the owner of the server. Please ask him to reinvite, and grab the screenshots yourself.

 

Why today after being in the server for a while, would I be removed all of a sudden today after he makes a claim I owe him. Yet he is unable/will not post continuous chat leading up to the 30$ comment. Please have a brain here.

 

i've already posted 2 extra images following up the $30 message as you asked, i removed you from the group as you joined a current discord im in, and i got reminded of you.

please keep in mind you were removed before i claimed you owed me anything.

 

But if you scroll up in that group we share. You were tagged by multiple people that I was in the group. So even then which was weeks ago you could have removed me.
