Need some insight

Hey there, just wondering how I go about making a new sythe account, as I want to make a new name instead of this one and I cant change my name on the forums. Am I allowed to just not use this account now and create a new one and only use that or how does it work? just wanted to start off on a fresh account that's all, let me know! thanks!

To answer your question, yes you're able to sign off that account and create a new one as mentioned above.

My suggestion is that you enable 2FA on that account and change the password to a strong one that you've never used anywhere else (this applies to the new one as well), so that no one is ever able to access it.

Make sure you don't interact with each other on your accounts as well as that's an offence on Sythe (refer to the Sythe rules here).

Specifically:

If you ever wish to donate to the website to request a name change, then you can do so in the donor lounge depending on your donator status ($5 = minor ; $200 = major). You can read more about this here.

it wont let me post on that thread for some reason.. no reply option, I tried making a new account and I cant because this account was made on same ip!

 

I have my new name ready and email to use for it just need help of an admin/mod to get an account made

 

You need to make a thread in this section: Account Recovery & Creation with the information in this thread: [READ!] Can't create a new account? Does it say you're already registered? READ THIS!. The thread will remain unapproved as with any disputes until it is reviewed and handled. Any sensitive information will be edited out by the staff member that handles it prior to approving it. Please keep this thread in mind as well: Do NOT edit your threads with new information!.

Also you can just register from a VPN/mobile if you'd like, but you'd have to post from your home IP once at least after, so that we know it's you. If you are tagged into the no home IP TWC thread prior to posting from one, then you can just make a dispute here from your home IP and it'll be removed.
