I've got a short and simple idea to rwt. The only requirement is that the item is practically dead, and you start off with a decent amount of cash(~100k).
1. Find an item that no one buys or sells to transfer the most.
2. Make sure that you have a decent amount of the item.(~100k in total value, if you plan on trading more and more be sure to have more)
3. Make sure the item really is dead. Try selling one at minimum price, then take it off and try buying for maximum.
4. Gold seller takes the items and puts them on the ge for minimum price.
5. Buyer buys them on ge for minimum price.
6. They trade the items for the normal price in a regular trade, and continue.
The way it works: You sell the items for less and buy them back for more(seller), so you are losing cash to the guy who buys low sells high(buyer).
