This a cut-and-dry case where @twistedtaco, the owner of DragonDyce, has decided to force his ranks to pay out the victim instead of paying out the victim himself. Those who do not chip in will be deranked from the clan.

The issue here is that, before today, this policy was never disclosed to ranks. Ranks are required to agree to a Terms of Service, and are told that rank buyins cover potential scamquits. Those Terms of Service do not include any wording that say they are responsible for other hosts scamming.

Previous scamming cases have shown that Ranks were not responsible for the other rank's scamquit. Just because this is a big hit to the owner's wallet doesn't mean he can then blackmail his ranks into covering for his lack of oversight.

 

 

Can we go ahead and ban these users for 3 days. They continue to make fake reports. If it continue's I'll be reporting for slandering.

Ranks sent to a user above his max dumb fuck. They made the mistake not the owner. So please go spend your time building ur sports discord. Maybe you can join dice cartel with pingy. I hear they get the most volume.

Yes, @twistedtaco does owe the debt to the bettor as he owns the organization in question. But the hosts who did the splits owe the money to twistedtaco (assuming he pays the debt) as at the end of the day, they were the ones who gave the money to w1n and they were the ones who got scammed and not @twistedtaco . If the ranks feel as if they're being treated unfairly they are free to make a scam report themselves and we can move forward from there.
