Any real estate investors on Sythe? Highly considering putting my savings into real estate however don’t fully know the ins and outs.

Anyone into real estate and if so, what are your thoughts on it? Would be the preferably buy to let.

I'd say it's a pretty good idea. Real estate always holds or goes up in value (for the most part) just as currency. I also have a lot of money in stocks (Tesla as my main). I'm looking into getting my real estate license in the future just to have it. My best buddies father has made over $40 million over his lifetime with his real estate investments. (He was piss poor living on a farm in Vermont his entire life). Anything is possible, consult as many people as you can. Best of luck.

If you're looking to experience, you could also buy some cheap properties and start there, rent them out and then improve them etc and sell instead of house flipping etc.

It is difficult to call me an investor, but I have bought several apartments in Europe from different developers on korter.com.pl/ over the past two years, and I hope that their price will increase in the future. I know that this is not a short-term prospect, but the Eastern Europe developing very rapidly, and I make a very big bet on this, despite the general dynamics of prices in the real estate market.

Bad idea. Real estate has historically performed under the stock market & is a massive ball ache. I'd recommend investing in a passive index fund, mixing bonds/equities, depending on your risk appetite. If your planning on growing your money over 20+ years I'd recommend 100% equities though.
