Please use some logic here. You believe I was scammed.... You guys dont refund because you think it might be setup. Yet then cause of my report you derank the same host. Then ontop of that you guys ignore all questions on how you let shady ranks hold customers money. Please explain to me how me having a screenshot of a 1.9b trade would change the outcome. I have discord proof and solid evidence time tamps everything. Also why do you keep bringing up the 1.9b. Seems to me now you are brining up my story to cover for the questions about your current ranks who owe people money here. If I were you @hattez I would just let KO respond because you are not helping the case what so ever. Tagging mods pming people to get this closed.

 

Why would I take a screenshot with a rank when you own ranks said in the discord Im covered up to max. Last time I checked everyone who enters your irc doesnt have camtasia running because they trust the ranks. Now maybe if the ranks were truly trustworthy none of this would have happened.

 

Also please stop saying I dont have proof when I clearly have proof.

 

so this screenshot shows someone messaging one of my ranks and telling them yes gold sales are also refunded if a rank scams a customer, that is fine and ok lets say i do cover this since a rank wrongly stated it, they would still need screenshots of the trades , all you have is a conversation with someone you have done business with before and known him since before he became rank, and your story changed 3 times, which everytime has happened in the past was an attempt to con me out of money, also in this report you stated at the beginning 'this is not a scam report' your just trying to tarnish my rep now cuz you already lost your argument two days ago. You do not 'clearly have proof' proof is screenshots of trading the gp to the person which is required by sythe, you have a conversation between two people which can be staged, and changing your story 3 times.

^ he now says it was 1.9bill he traded him, this was the first sign that something fishy was going on, then i find out they know eachother and bought/sold to eachother in the past and are both in canada, i was told they are friends by multiple people. Then he tells me he Buys/sells gold but he took no screenshots , this is a classic con job, this guy lost his argument two days ago and now is just creating more threads in an attempt to tarnish my name, and even with all this taking place, i still offered him 650m and he refused, and since then has gone at my throat trying to tarnish my reputation, im disgusted with this guy now and want nothing to do wiht him and offer him nothing.





Three story changes about the amount he was scammed is a RED FLAG that this is a con, 2. No screenshots of the trades, when you put these two things together its screams RED FLAG, people try this all the time on us. Then factor in these two people know eaachother since before this rank bought into the clan and have done business with eachother, no business owner would pay this out, never

 

No this screenshot isnt someone messaging your ranks. This screenshot is someone messaging in the "lobby" of your discord. It says at the top "General Conversation about Anything".

I just want to make one very clear point so it can be discussed on numerous occasions if you go in discord not once but numerous times they say buy gold dw your insured up their max.Not once several times Shift leader high ranks etc and not once did someone correct it I dont have a problem with dragondyce and I have a lot of respect for Hattez but this is KO being greedy First his story was how do I know this isnt a set up like I didnt used to bet bills there. Also KO cant knowingly hire scammers and say they are insured dw and gives them a position of trust . When someone asks to buy gold he says message any rank. he doesnt say message any rank apart from these hosts because they are shady and I dont cover gold sales Its known he hires scammers as long as he makes money.

When I bet bils you said I don't need to screenshots as it was the responsibility of the ranks so why does it change here? I have enough proof and convo and anyone with common sense can see I am right even your ranks admit it. This is why you deranked Twacket made $3k+ off him and now don't want to refund me.Why else did you derank Twacket straight away? I deal with hundreds of people

Also I was changing my story because I was sleep deprived and running high on emotion as I owed that guy money. Looking at both reports the sum of 1.9b is believable and I said 1b and 1.5b because I thought I would get nothing if I said 1.9b. Deep down you know I am right that is why you offered me 650m and I declined because I want this to remain in your conscience. Your past and present are both horrible you would do anything for money. You hire scammers like Whippie who I believe scammed a person who was dying of cancer and you knew about it ,Noodle aka deadbotting known scammer same with Hormone and Win aka Mehmet scammed 8k and tell customers dw you are safe when we are not safe finally if I was to stage this I would have taken screenshots and wouldnt have traded over 1.5b.

 

IF TWACKET DIDN'T SCAM ME WHY DID YOU DERANK HIM? HE WON A SPORTS BET AND WAS OWED 350M WEEKLY ACCOUNTING TO THE 650M YOU WERE OFFERING ME. EITHER HE SCAMMED ME OR YOU SCAMMED HIM WHICH ONE IS IT. I KNOW YOU DON'T LIKE ANSWERING QUESTIONS BUT IF YOU CAN ANSWER ONE PLEASE ANSWER THIS

1-2 things real quick about this new sythe report

1. the screenshot he posted of my rank telling someone ' i cover scams by ranks involving gold sales' is the opposite that our rules state, but if a rank told them that i most likely would refund it, but that screenshot is not of him asking the rank its someone else

2. even if i did refund gold sales scams
they would need evidence of the trades
which he still doesnt have

3. his story changed 3 times on the amount scammed
which is what really made me think its a con job
1b then 1.5 then 1.9
what gold buyer/seller does that, and doesnt take screenshots

Would also like to mention how they edited the message AFTER I posted the report, changing their rules to fit their narrative.

 

yes made it more clear to members and explained how to download a screenshot program, but you still have no screenshots of the trades which Sythe requires, and your story changed 3 times, Facts dont change cuz you want to redirect people to other things.
You cannot just select what things u want people on this thread to see and ignore others . The requirement of screenshots of trades in our clan have been posted for years, you sir do not have any which is why you lost your case the other day

Also me saying it was unfair when I wasn't aware of your stupid decisions and openly admitting you knew this was going to happen. Im sure the whole forum is aware and I even owned up to my mistake for not taking screenshots. Not sure why you think Im hiding something lol. The only person that is hiding something is you and how you do business in shady ways just to earn some money. I have done some more background research on you and not surprise now what you are trying to do. I believe veng said only post something useful which I did. You literally changed your rules and can be seen in the screenshot.

You implementing a a whole new rule doesn't make something more clear lmao. You are now beginning to wake up and realizing you made a mistake and still wont admit it. We are about like 5 pages deep and not once did you justify you case how you let a scammer into your own clan. Now you are worried on how this situation flipped and ruining the name of your clan. I thought people do this to you on the daily? You are at this point trying to light up the thread. Keep bumping the thread so more people find out about it. Doesn't bother me.

 

So Sythe requires screenshots of the trades, you admit to having no screenshots of the trades, you claimed at the beginning of this report stating that this is not a scam report, and you lost youre dispute two days ago, so then what are you trying to achieve, other then taking shots at my reputation ? and almost forgot, when you were asked how much u traded them you said 1bill then 1.5bill then 1.9bill meaning you lied 3 times, but you keep changing the topic as a smokescreen

 

After speaking to other staff we've decided we're going to close this report, There is no evidence of the trade happening ingame apart from chatlogs. As a gold seller you should be taking pictures and screenshots of all your trades no matter who they're with. I'm sorry for your loss but we can't hold ddyce liable for this.
