I am not sure if he is liable, but considering the server was his and started with his rep he should be.
especially since the order was made when he owned the service meaning he was a part of this agreement between sashank and @sdot2009.

@sdot2009's service was almost completed but the service most likely started when soberstonermike owned the discord then got handed to sashank.

I think most powerlevelers would agree that it would take longer than 6 days to complete this task.

I asked everyone in the server if it was okay I was stepping down, I gave everyone who was there notice stating I was leaving and at the time sashank was my partner but I was opening a business irl and didn’t have time. I stated this to everyone in the server and stated while I was still here if they felt comfortable working with sashank, they all stated yes they were fine with it. @sdot2009 was working with sashank before sober services

 

I have proof of me asking everyone in the server. @ everyone and told everyone. No one had a problem because sashank has been working on accounts for years including mine. I couldn’t believe it when I read the report. If mods need proof I will gladly send it to them. I also spoke to a mod during this situation and was told to ask everyone and all, which I did

 

Sent everything to @King discord. This is someone trying to slander my name.....who obviously doesn’t have any proof either.

 

When he transferred ownership all liability was transferred over to the new owner. Granted he would have to inform everyone about this change, and make sure any clients that were in the midst of an order with him were completely okay with this, but other than that all liability from then on afterwards would be transferred.

In regards to the report you referred to this was done and below I'll include pictures that have relevance for that case.

If there is a case where someone was in the middle of an order while ownership was transferred without asking/confirming this information with the customer, then in that case there would be room for a claim imo. I believe soberstonermike handled the situation appropriately here, therefore I'm going to close this/mark it as resolved. Thanks for your concern though.
