I've been scammed

Tried to buy gold off this seller they asked for ID verification I sent it to them they then asked for it to be cleared picture when it is as clear as a picture can be and also said I would be refunded in 24hours it is now 28hours that I am waiting for my refund they then replied today said my refund will be in 12hours and then when I continued to pressure about my refund they changed the answer 8hours I have screenshots of chats from this person and emails please get back to me ASAP
