Old account locked

Hey guys, I am trying to recover an old account of mine that got locked because I got hacked a few years ago and since it's old I don't remember its informations such as IP where I created, payment details, exact date of creation...

I just want to know if there is any possible way to recover it, and yes, I already tried to send an appeal to Jagex but y'all know that their system of recovery is horrible.

 

Tell em all the details you know such as city, country, old pass, and mentioning the email could also help.
