Dispute a TWC

Hi Sythe,

Around 3 months ago I received a TWC because of a delayed BTC payment here RPGStash False Advertisement/Bad Business Practices

It's been a while since the TWC was issued and I was hoping to be pardoned.

I am going to be honest, this is actually my second time to receive a TWC for the same reason. The first time, I was getting BTC from a trusted sythe merchant, and the payment was delayed because this merchant weren't able to handle BTC for a short period of time. So we started to buy BTC from platforms instead.

But buying BTC on platforms could be troublesome and slow. As soon as Management brought up this issue, I switched to another channel of getting BTC. After a few months of use, I could say we always send BTC to suppliers timely now. For the past few months, we conducted around 3k BTC trades and no major complaint received. (I did have one delayed payment, but I covered the seller's loss so he was happy).

I'm sorry for the inconveniences caused. I did learn from my mistakes and take actions every time. I hope my dispute could be accepted.
