My school is getting rid of the 'big cookie' and 'french fries'. i (and hopefully you) need to come up with ways to keep these amazing ala carte options alive. My school is getting rid of them because my superintendent wants the school to be more healthy. any ideas?
 
I don't even eat lunch at my school anymore. I just wait and eat at home. Its really not that hard.

I don't see anything you, one person could do. You could protest, commit suicide in name of the Big Cookie?(or just a hunger strike, sit in, etc.)

Its not that big of a deal, you'll get used to it.
 
You have 100+ kids not eat lunch for a week straight..or more if needed.

Thats what im about to do actually.
 
It depends on if you're school has an off-campus policy. My school also is trying to "get healthy", but they're being complete idiots about it. First they take away anything even remotely non-nutritious, then they raise their prices. The only people who actually eat school food now are people that either don't have cars or are too lazy to walk a few blocks to the gas station.

So here's what you do, if it's open-campus, just persuade a majority of students to eat elsewhere. If it's not, just convince a large population of the school to bring their own lunches.
 
Just eat somewhere else to eat or wait until you get home, its not a big deal.
 
I think it's a smart move.
If you really feel it necessary to eat that garbage then bring it to school from your home.
WOW your saving money and getting fat.
