    User already posted from a home IP + the match with those users isn't a home IP match and there's no definitive proof to correlate them from what I can see. There are some trends (RS/birthday similarities somewhat), but nothing definitive. Feel free to report this again if you get any conclusive evidence, and/or more proof that could correlate them.
