Both @Hello Its Me and Internet Tech Inc have opened up gold selling websites.
[www.fifacoins.com] Selling FIFA coins since 2014 - 24/7 auto delivery - Safe & cheapest worldwide! he posts the title like this when he hasn't been a member nearly that long but coincidentally hes likely been on the other accounts mentioned above
Both Puts Website In Title First
Both Put Payment Methods in Title
Both put their trust in new users for a lot of money and get scammed for a shit ton
Both deal in similar payment methods along with dealing in IBAN which is a really uncommon method

1. I don't see anything weird about their join/activity dates. Yeah one joined a month after another was banned, but that's a stretch.
2. IBAN is just a bank account identification number, kinda like SWIFT is a bank identification number, so nothing doing there.
3. They're from the same country, but they don't share meaningful IPs.
4. ITC is taking over some of mmorpg's businesses (see here Internet Tech Inc introduction to Sythe) and might have appeared on some weird IPs for a hot sec.
5. No one goes out of their way to get scammed $3,000: see 2680.85$ scammed by BellyFlopper/Parabol and BuyMyCookie scammed me by chargebacking a 400M OSRS order

If you can find specific examples (i.e. threads) that tie these guys together definitely let me know. Til then I'm not sold.
