    User Bulk Buy (belonging to @Samme) was banned for ban evading, but he also attempted to impersonate Bulk_Buyer with the vouches, even though he probably had better options to pick)

    The avatars line up for all, though they all belong to different users from what I can tell.
    It does look like it's an impersonating attempt waiting to happen, though.
