Looking For Steam Account

I'm looking to buy a Steam Account that meets a certain set of requirements.

1. September 12, 2003 Registration Date.
2. You have a picture of the first CD key ever used on the account or the physical copy, and can mail it to me.
3. You have the Original Email & can hand over full access of it to me, the buyer.
4. It has games like Rust, Miscreated, R6, etc. If it has Rust, I'd be more interested if the account has Frog Boots aswell + 16 Year Badge.
