    Explanation of trade: User hired me to do 400k Mining Exp at Motherload Mine for 16m. I completed only 110k Exp before the password to the account was changed. I sent a message on 12/8 asking the user why the password has been changed, on 12/9 I offered a refund for the apparently cancelled order. I have yet to hear from the user despite him being online multiple times since. The amount owed in refund is 10m, due to 110k Exp being completed as well as a 10% Inconvenience fee as stated in my TOS he agreed to here:
