I've been an active client with Finn aka Otter and bet thousands of dollars with him in previous months. This week, we reached out and said he improved his service and wanted to see if I was interested in his hosting services. At first, I didn't need them as I avidly use D Dyce. On Monday, which is today, I decided to place a 1.9k USD bet in BTC on Seahawks -2 spread with Finn. (Otter) I only used him because my main host was completely maxed for payouts.

I won the bet, Otter (Finn) blocked my Discord and my number and completely took my stake. Evidence and proof is below. Do not use this guy, no matter how many vouches he has, he's plotting on a move to steal your money.

I can confirm ting does extremely large bets on me and other ranks in ddyce. He attempted to place the bet on me but I was maxed on applepay and couldnt take the bet.


(only posting because the user he referenced that he does large bets on was me. I'm just confirming this)

 

@ting, otter has produced proof that you chargedback him on Paypal a month ago, can you explain what happened there?

 

For sure, he tried this payout scam before. Never paid me, therefore I charged back my stake and won. That doesn't equate to the total scammed on my end. I gave him another try and wanted to fix the beef.. I gave him the opportunity, he conned and lied to get scam me... I've paid him thousands on Apple before. The money I got back from PayPal was from a stake that he didn't honor.. that's what ended the relationship. I was genuine, he clearly wasn't.

 

The whole conversation is him trying to find an edge to scam me, I kind of knew it could happen but he has vouches and Henny has told me he wasn't a scammer. I only wanted my stake returned from a voided bet that he didn't honor. I won my case. He scammed 3x more than the amount that is owed to me.

 

I've dnt'ed you both until we fully resolve this. If he scammed you earlier we would have for sure liked to know this. At this time we need you to provide proof of him scamming you in the past, not honoring the stake or whatever

 

Attached is the conversation where he offered to pay me out but didn't. Next, is him saying I only costed him 60$ in fees. Scam boy

He also reached out to me saying this... If I scammed him, he wouldn't be trying to offer any olive branch. I got my stake returned, that's it. It wasn't 3k, which he currently owes me right now. Like I said earlier, I didn't want to use him, my guy was maxed. I trusted him, he let me down, and scammed me for 3.5k.

All in all, I think Finn (Otter) is a POS. Directly lies to get his way on things and thinks being manipulative is cool. Luckily for me, I don't go away. Once something like this is done to me, I will handle it every way necessary . This is only the first avenue, I know everything about this kid. He chose the wrong person to try and get one over, after I've kindly betted with him for months on end. The kid is a complete manipulative lunatic who's money hungry. Check more evidence for his little ploy. He wanted to fix things, because he was in the wrong, I was a good client, he's far from honest, he's a con.

On top of that, every host in D Dyce can confirm I'm an honest bettor. I do this full time. I like good business, D Dyce is that. Finn seemed genuine in his apology and it was a once in a lifetime thing. I needed a bet quick, I got that, I won, I got scammed the winnings. Blocked everywhere, even confusing one of his best friends Henny who thinks he's a POS for this too..

Especially for how avidly I bet on him before he tried scheming the first time.

Any solution yet?

 

When it's my money, I will extend my avenue to personally contact mutual contacts. It's $3,500, I want the money that I won.

You have crossed many lines regarding doxing/contacting family members and have been permanently banned. Proof of this was provided in private.

We still need to decide what is owed

 

Two quick things.
1) I’m still getting harassed and i don’t think this will stop until a verdict has been reached and tbh if it’s not what he wants I will probably continue to be harassed.

2) I have a meeting with a few university faculty involving sythe (research project inquiry) on Thursday. I would prefer not to have to explain that I cannot access the market/conduct a trade for them because I am holding $2K of somebody else’s money.

Is there anything I can do to help speed up this process?

 

Had this been declared as an antiscam immediately to Ting, this would be less complex. Since this was not done, and a bet was placed and won, this is our verdict.

The bettor profit of this bet is $1560. The original scam damages are $1184. Ordinarily $376 would need to be paid on top of the original wager (1560-1184). However, because of the egregious dox by Ting, we are simply deciding that the original wager needs to be returned by Otter to Ting, no winnings are to be paid on this wager, and this entire series of events is considered a wash. No further antiscams can be attempted by Otter on Ting.

When the wager is returned to Ting this report will be closed and marked resolved

 

The $103 Paypal dispute was won by Ting so his profit would be a bit less at $1457

Received $1950 from @Otter, holding it for Ting
