Sold Pingy 984.5M @0.49c/M (confirmed in proof of delivery), he told me he had a potential second customer but it took long so I left him my BTC address (confirmed in proof of BTC address given) and went on my way to do IRL stuff. He didn't send yesterday.

Today he said he is going to pay me at yesterday's BTC rates since I delivered the gold yesterday. The deal is for 49c/M, and if Pingy does this I at no point will have received $482.40, the agreed upon amount (984.5*.49).

It's not my fault you didn't send yesterday, I don't own any BTC anymore, and I've been selling any BTC that I receive instantly. You should use your 300iq crypto trading knowledge to predict this in the future and just send when somebody gives you an address. Appreciate your reply in advance brother <3

The trade was never agree'd to be a BTC trade, and since user would like a $ payment, I will sending you paypal via goods and services as it legally should be sent.

@Pingy I love your 400iq moves but that is not what a vendor can do! Not only did you respond in our conversations (1) saying you were going to send BTC, (2) and are arguing about the price of BTC, heavily implying that the deal was for GP for $ via BTC, you as a vendor advertising multiple payment methods are not allowed to force me to be compensated in a different payment method after showing yourself that you intended to pay me, and I intended to receive my payment via BTC!

I actually offered to take PayPal before posting this dispute, but this superintelligent being's behavior has put me off. I simply do NOT feel safe around somebody as smart, cold, and calculated as Pingy. Because I believe that the odds of him charging me back are quite high, and his expectation that I receive the payment with fees on my end, I absolutely REFUSE to take a payment method that I do not feel safely about, and appreciate my $482.40 payment in BTC

If Pingy would not like to compensate me for the trade which went down, I would appreciate a DNT until he refunds me the GP (I am not available regularly) or pays me via BTC (address provided in OP)!

 

@Pingy - Your agreement is $482.40 worth of btc as it is clear thats what you were trading with. Forgetting to send doesn't give you the benefit of choosing which days rate you send with, it will always be at the time sent unless explicitly stated otherwise.

He offered to take Paypal to resolve this, but is free to retract that offer since you pushed back on it

Please resolve this by sending him the $482.40 in btc
