[Resolved]Attempted to buy 250$ worth of bitcoin from him at 92% an already high enough. I agree to tank the rate for the bitcoin transaction as well. The first transaction didn't go through because for some reason he agreed to sell me bitcoin before even having any? I told him to send my money back multiple times before he finally did and it was just such a bother to get done.
He finally got some btc and I started another transaction and basically he was really stubborn and continued blaming his terrible math on fees. I typed out to him what he owed me and basically deflected everything with fees over and over again. I finally got him to cough up 16 of the 22$ he owed me and for some reason 16$ isn't alot of money so it's fine to not pay me in his mind? He still owes me 6$ which honestly isn't that much, but his attitude was terrible and he was just so against paying what he owed me.

If anything else is needed, I'll gladly provide it. I'm relatively new, but I'm sure this kind of behavior shouldn't check out.
Edit: Transaction issue was resolved. He called me a dickhead and asshole a couple of times for calling him out on his bad math (cough cough scam). Don’t recommend doing business with him unless you’re looking to for a free headache.
