Holding payment without letting anyone know prior, had plans to do it prior to sale when Alexandre told him that I decided not to pay a prior worker for abandoning a job mid job

If you owe money you will pay it because everyone knows if I gave you your 1.2b you'd take it and run and not pay anyone back for your scams.
