    Is it best to make a fresh account from proxy and train it on my home ip and then sell it later on?
    Im planning on making them fresh to max stakers but will let someone get me to nmz ready to 70 att str and def please let me know!! advice

    NO BOTING WILL BE DONE IN THIS ! JUST WANT TO KNOW THE SAFEST WAY

    Looking for some help
    From experience, you can disconnect your router for about 5 minutes and it should refresh a new ip. If not, there are multiple trusted free windows VMs you can download and use. Good luck.
