Hi there i recently added Hope services on discord and have had numerous services fulfilled on my 1 def account as i have no laptop and mobile only so certain aspects i struggled with so hired these guys.

They were amazing until this morning i paid for a big service 80m
But i woke up spoke to sean and all was fine he was going bed so i logged as normal to see progress (permission asked) and the account was banned for major macroing. (Pictures below)

You will see in the pictures below i asked hope about refunds etc but i think having to wait for there staff and Jagex to reply to me is a cop out. Regardless of appeals i dont want the account touched by themselves as they obviously have used a bot on my account. Im over 170m down from services on this one account from these guys. Im stuck in a predicument here and dont know what to do.

Hope services actually refunded 86.6m out of the service money.

Somehow i ended up paying for quests still but im not going to grumble. Very very unfortunate how this has ended.

 

User has been refunded for what was left incomplete. My apologies about the delay as I was asleep during this time.
