Looking for high level account

Good morning lad,

I'm looking for a high level secure account to call my own. I have a very strick TOS so please review it before having me review any accounts. I understand I'm a newcomer but I still want/will protect myself and my assest. If you have no ill intention you should have no problem agreeing to my terms and we can do business!

Requirements for the account:

1. 90+ in all combat (range, mage etc... Prayer is negotiable)
2. 91 - 95 slayer
3. 1900+ total level (total level is negotiable)
4. Idc for bank value, kc nor pets (unless it bandos)
5. Qp 200+ and most of hard dairy completed
6. Must be orginnal owner
7. Must be hand trained: no botting/macroing
8. No ban meter issue (offensive/mute is negotiable)

Terms of sale (TOS):

1. We will use trusted middle man, buyer shall pay the cost and he/she shall be a notarize testimonial of the transaction.
2. Buyer shall be responsible for anything for the account beside account recovery.
3. Both parties must present a valid USA ID, and sign agreed upon term of sale contract from each party.
4. Buyer shall not sell the account anyone besides to the seller.
5. Buyer shall not share any of the information regarding the account to anyone besides the seller.
6. Seller shall hold all the information for the account expect for bank pin, and password. Thus, if account needs to be recovered seller is responsible and shall take ownership as buyer won't have any recovery access information.
7. If the account is banned within 1 month of purchase total sell value must be refunded. Expect for the following bans: macro'ing/botting.
8. If account is taken away, seller must recovery it before the jagex bank pin system expires (3 days) otherwise money shall be refunded according:

• Within 6 month full refund of the total sell
• Between 6 months to 1 year 95% refund of the total sell
• Between 1 year to 3 year 85% refund of the total sell
• Between 3 year to 5 year 75% refund of the total sell

These are my terms. Both parties have to agree to each others TOS terms and must not violet them. Violating them can reprimand in lawful action and this TOS can be used as a contract in court of law.


I'm will to negotiate on my terms, but these terms are this strick to protect both parties from scamming and both parties interest. Once you find yourself interested leave a link to the account or description of the account and I'll touch bases with you.
