attempt to scam by not refunding in full, tells me will be a ''deposit fee''.

Explanation of trade:
Failure to inform gold will not be delivered after sending payment until 1 confirmation, told him is urgent and have people waiting for gold, he asks for my vouches, and laughs at me then blocks me refusing to understand what he did here was not okay.
I sent BTC, after I sent then he informs me will need to wait for confirmation, I did not know this and he did not tell me I will have to wait until after I sent him the BTC. I have people waiting, so I tell him nevermind cancel please, transactions are taking very long right now to confirm, i checked and seems mempool is being spammed on BTC. I bought elsewhere and told him to refund, he says he will charge me a fee and not send me my full payment back???

He has my $189 BTC still, I sent 5:56 AM is now 6:54 still 0/3 confirmation. He said just to make report and blocked me on Discord... Professional business there...

@PAK waiting for 1 confirmation is a common practice, there's definitely nothing shady, nor uncommon.

There's around 9k unconfirmed transactions on blockchain at the time of writing this post and the fees are relatively low.
Maybe try sending higher fees, if you want your transaction to be confirmed within a few blocks.

@KingZaib is not required to argue with you over discord / go first to you , regardless of your past trades.
Pplease refund @PAK his BTC back, it's alright if you deduct the BTC fees from Pak's payment.

@PAK I understand that you were in a hurry, but waiting for 1 confirmation is really a common practice and a smart thing to do.
