    This guy paid but only after giving him shit for saying he'd buy GP and pay me tomorrow. Second time he didn't have the GP on hand to payout a dice. First time was here. Highly suggest others avoid dicing him unless they verify he's got funds on hand. Claims rules on dicing of a payout in a reasonable time means he can pay in 24 hrs.
