How to Multi-Quote?

How do I multi quote in a post. Lets say I want to take a fragment of someones post and then post another thing from someone else in the same post that I'm creating. Don't tell me it cant be done, I just saw it, that's why I want to know.

There's a button to the right of "quote."

Change the {}'s to []'s, though, or it won't work.
