I can't create an account

Hi,

I am trying to create an account on this website though I am getting the error message:

Unfortunately your IP address already appears in our database. Either you or someone else using this IP address has previously registered on Sythe.org. You are only entitled to a single Sythe account, and if you are banned you must instead appeal your ban or request a pardon. If you believe this to be in error please open a dispute here.

I am on my home internet connection and my home PC and I have never created an account here before, I do not know who iiownageii is.

What should I do?
