who would go first to an account that was created hours ago lo especially if the other person is trusted on here lol. the only luck you'd have is using a Middleman...
use middleman thenUnderstandable, this forum account has no value to it, but that's why I hope to consider my partnered Twitch account & YouTube channel as verification for myself being a trusted and honest person. I might trust a name reseller considering they have an ongoing business, but I'm honestly not going to trust a random forum user either. I've got a reputation to maintain on Twitch and YouTube so I would only be hurting myself by scamming someone. I'm even willing to put myself out on the line by livestreaming the trade; I'm obviously not going to scam someone live on Twitch in front of my viewers. At the end of the day, if you aren't willing to work with that and aren't some sort of reputable name reseller then it's just not going to work. I'll continue to wait until someone else comes along willing to work with this - no hard feelings.
Sure, but I can say the same thing that I don't care what anyone does on Sythe (except I am willing to work with someone who is a trusted reseller, I suppose). I made the account hours ago because I am not a user of these forums, which also have a pretty bad reputation, do they not? We can agree to disagree - I have a reputation to maintain on Twitch & YouTube and I'm not going to trust someone on these forums just because they have donated some money or been vouched for a couple times. I get it sounds sketchy coming from a brand new forum account, which is why I'm totally willing to verify myself outside of here or wait until someone comes along who is willing to work with me based on what I am saying.nobody cares what you do on twitch or any forum what so ever, this is sythe, you just made the account hours ago. nobody will go first, not even if it was over 30 cents. so the fact you make it clear you won't go first to anyone, even trusted people with lots of vouches shows you are up to no good. plus you don't wanna use a middleman either? makes 0 sense. wish you the best.
I know, but I'm only here to advertise my name - not become a member of these forums. I'm advertising elsewhere too. Maybe if someone was extremely trusted I would go with the sale.lol that's just being ignorant to say that as this IS SYTHE my dude, so obviously it matters when that is the website WE ARE ON so YES that matters, no twitch. not to mention what do you mean someone with a couple vouches or donated? i said trusted people, that's not just 2 vouches dude, that's a ton of v ouches with thousands of dollars of transactions, now you are just being ignorant and makin yourself look bad lol. I'm not trying to argue and i'm done talking about it here, i was just letting you know since you are new, that you won't find any buyers doing it in that way.
Sounds good, if it's free or the buyer will go halfway on it then that is perfectly fine by me. In that case, I won't need to livestream it then and risk that. I'm not sure how name sniping works but I assume it means people sit there trying to change their name at the exact moment you do, right? Well, it isn't that desirable of a name like you said so I'm not really concerned someone will watch it like a hawk anyways. Thanks for the input.Just want to chime in here as a bigger seller. Middleman services are often free or they charge 5% of the value of the trade (in your case a name with very little value in the first place). You've already made the name completely PUBLIC which is not a good thing to have done, and it's going to severely limit the amount of buyers willing to risk losing the name to a sniper. Claiming to live stream the trade is also a terrible idea because anyone watching is going to know the exact time you transfer the name, making even more likely it will be sniped in the process. Personally I don't see anyone wasting the time trying to snipe a name of such little value, but you claim to need the money so I'd suggest handling this a little differently.
