Alright. I'm a leecher, yes.. but I have experience in getting fire capes, I have gotten 4 of them, one of which was on a friends account, and 3 were on my main, which had died.. lots of times with the cape 
Sadly, main is banned
Ok, So, Here is how this will work.Since I'm a leecher, I will in NO case ask for you to pay first.
The only requirement is that you know a safe way of paying me after I have finished the cape.
I've got one question, which is.. "If you have paypal, but it is not verified, can you still receive money, and use it to buy mills?", if so.. I will accept paypal money for my capes.
Requirements:
Defence: 70+
Range: 70+ (please try and have atleast 75)
Prayer: 43+
Hp: Should have around 70 atleast.
Combat does not really matter, just the prayer, defence, and range.
All I am asking for you too supply on the account is:
Verac or Ranger helm
Black D'hide Body
Verac Skirt
Snake skin boots
Archer ring (optional)
Glory amulet
God cape or obsidian cape
Rune c'bow and the bolts, or karils bow and 3k+ racks OR 2 full crystal bows
Black vams or Drag+ gloves
So there you have it, please someone trust me to do there cape, I know what I am doing, and if I fail, you will have no reason to pay me.
Capes will be only 4m for starters since I am not a trusted Fire Caper ATM.
