How many times do I have to say that you don’t know how to interpret feedback? It appears any negative feedback you receive you just deflect rather than using it to fuel change.

It is YOUR vetting process. You continue to say it is a 3 person operation and take no responsibility that it is YOUR TEAM. You are the leader. I supplied a reasonable application and you denied it on the basis of Spam forum talk and a false number of infractions that you failed to validate.

All that you did last night was attempt to tell me that I am not involved in the community because I didn’t partake in the PR Referral event which is a load of horse shit. I will show you screenshots of my involvement in previous community events that I chose not to post/submit to allow someone else to win the $25 or $35 prizes on them. You take everything at face value and take everything as a personal attack.

What would you like to see from the PR team?

My genuine suggestion is to add people that actually know what they're doing. You are doing this for a very large community but you're bringing on people that have absolutely no experience and there will be an extremely long learning curve before anything successful even gets implemented. This should be re-titled to include the word criticism because that will be your "Feedback" for a long time until it gets rolling.

Show some form of competence for the subject belong potential google searches, and maybe some actual results would be lovely.

This. You guys literally requested a section to be created and ONLY PR team members are posting in it. These are the little things that will continue to upset the community. You guys have yet to produce something of value in my opinion.

Nothing truly being accomplished from what I can see. Leadership has not provoked community involvement outside of offering up a csgo knife

Let’s be honest. It took you a month and a half to generate funding and thread creation for a $100 or less event. You have used the excuse “we don’t have funding” 100 times and that is just an excuse.

You are there for visibility and ideally “customer” aquisition and need to adjust to the market and figure out how to gain reach to new users, niche groups on social media and get eyes on the site. You have failed that task. All you have done is create an event that promotes making other people do your job for you.

1. Stop slandering PR’s name
2. Act like a human being
3. Contact the team directly if you have any concerns, that we can attend to.
4. Be nicer

Once again you are using Spam Forum as a means of judgement. You are extremely weak minded if you allow either forms of the spam forum to influence your judgement in any way.

There are plenty of things you’ve said in discord that are EXTREMELY out of line for a community leader such as your self. But it’s spam forum, remember?

noted, thanks for the response. I do think maybe you should look around more, and see the interactions i have with the community on a more broader level, in introductions , suggestions "not the ones i totally disagree with" and where I've reported numerous amounts of imposters and scammers,and did free middleman services to help out (i do understand in exchange i did sometimes receive a vouch which builds profile). I may be rude at times, but it's for the sake of getting a point across.

I don't have the power to do so, you've been on the site for 13 years, and have been in TC and PR, did you not experience a voting process? where the whole team votes on an application?

Where has bias been thrown into the mix?
You don't deserve to be apart of a team and you were told why. Saying things like this, ESPECIALLY TO NEW USERS OF SYTHE.ORG, would probably not help your application.

Complain less about bias before you take a step back and look at how you actually represent yourself.

In addition, with enough pressure the TRUE reason for denial has come out.

I was already thinking about joining the PR team but was busy on vacation for the past 2 weeks and didn't want to dive in like I did last time and be inactive first week.

I was also told by the staff team, @Pendulum I apologize for throwing your name out there, to join a community team and be more involed.

@BEAST Denied my PR app because he did not want me to be able to join a community team so I couldn't use it as a step up or movement forwards towards becoming a mod. That is what you are all getting out of your community leader.

If you can read, this was posted in my first response to you. You were denied for the given reasons already, if you'd like to re-apply in a few months, than you're free to do so. If you actually care about the team, i look forward to reviewing your application in a couple months. In the meantime a few people here gave some really good points on how you can improve yourself you should really take note on these and put them into action ASAP! it will help you out loads! best of luck !

Btw, if Admins told you to join PR because your mod app got denied. That doesn't show your support towards PR,, it shows that you were just doing what you were told to do, probably in aspiration that if you listen, you'll be have a chance down the road for mod.
Apply on your own, not when told to we need leaders not followers

Just because its the spam forum doesn't mean it won't be used in the decision process for a development team.

Beast gave you reasons why the team denied your app, some more valid than others, but he is not the only one involved in the decision. He gave you several opportunities to discuss this in DM and this was ignored.

The way you handle yourself on the Discord is enough of a reason for denial, perhaps work on that and you might be considered for the team in the future.
