Buying PVM Account

[Msquared]

Hello. I'm a new member of sythe and looking to build a reputation. I'm looking to buy a rs3 account that is pvm ready. The only real requirements I'm looking for is maxed or near-maxed combat level (other skills don't matter). Other things that I'm looking for that will raise my offer for the account, but are not necessary is pvm-related potions, weapons, gear, access to prif, and whatever else can aid me in pvm. My budget is around 300m osrs, or it's equivalent in rs3 gp. Can also pay via paypal if you want.

Feel free to pm me here or on discord (im on discord way more). I'm okay with buying off someone who isn't the original owner of the account.
