When did I reply to you at 11am? I commented to you from my mobile at around mid day (12pm) which can be confirmed if staff want to check where my comments came from via my IP logs.

I was in the process of getting up as already stated, I got on my PC 1pm roughly, again mentioned so not a lie again.

But seeing as you cannot tell the time, here is the time and date for you just now that I also sent to @Tyler

 

I didn't leave the discord till this morning, 1pm your time (aka 12h+ no response back), as the pm from dbuffed confirms I just closed my ticket at 1pm (your time). Holy shit it's all time stamped.

 

I didn't exactly get confirmation of when you left the server, I saw that you wasn't in the server when I PM'ed you, which you may have well left a few mins prior to it we cannot tell when you have or haven't.

The fact will remain, you LEFT the server, so I closed it on our end. If my other quester isn't online you simply wait or leave at your own decision, we haven't mislead you into any information or anything, as you was informed that you could wait for a reply.

Edit - I know what you're going to say about "getting confirmation" we only get confirmation of when you request to close the ticket - Which quite clearly if you left at 1pm, and I PM'ed you around 1;05pm I didn't see the notification for a good 5 minutes or so, meaning again I was not on my PC at this current moment in time - if there was a problem with waiting for Matt you could of also contacted me as we have workers online at all different times.

The problem here is you wasn't willing to communicate correctly, or even have patience.

The first reply would mobile as said above, I do generally open up everything on my mobile when I wake up, if you wish i'll even go into detail now on the rest of the downtime before my other response as time is apparently a hard subject for you.

- So once I got up at 12pm or whatever it was (well say got up, I was busy doing other things including waking up)

- I went for a piss, I brushed my teeth, I washed my face and eyes (as we all wake up with that gross gunky stuff each morning I don't like it) came downstairs to sort some stuff quickly, cleaning specifically. I then opened my fridge got a can of the 433ML red bull (costs £2 in the UK, so you know which i'm referring to as I have to go into detail here) and then came onto my PC afterwards when you got my real responses.

- Does that sound about familiar to a daily life? I was asleep the whole time your ticket was open, I came back and saw you no longer needed it, so I closed it. When you left the server or your ticket has no relevance to the situation.

 

Either way, What’s this dispute about? That you didn’t get your questing done because the workers was offline? I did in fact tell you that Matt was going to take your order as I was on vacation. If The Quester isn’t online and you leave the discord before the Quester wakes up and posts in the chat that isn’t our fault, I told you that someone would get to you when they woke up.

What is the dispute about? Getting a twc to somebody who is committing fraud for financial gain of their company by lying and smearing the name of a person who had a simple grievance in a pathetic attempt to keep their company reputation strong. (As if not replying back would be something that could effect a company's reputation anyways ) really quite sad when you think about it

It then kicked him from the ticket, as it would with you as I have already said, meaning you no longer wished to be part of your request.



We just had to re-add the user.

 

Ok so show the logs of my ticket? Apparently you have the logs then right? All you have shown is a ticket being open at 5:52, some1 saying something at 5:52, then meaty saying "re-opened" at 5:52. Like what is that even supposed to prove lol that you can talk in a ticket? Or is there a way to get the logs back now?

We just implemented the next level of keeping logs because of your stupidity. As shown, 4;16 (your ticket was closed 3 hours prior) we have implemented the log system so we can keep track to avoid problems caused from people like you for no reason other than impatience.

 

So what you showed has no relevance to the case then. Gotcha. Reporting for spam

 

It is further relevance, as it's to do with what you're claiming we haven't done.

You posting in general with no actual picture proof to back things up is spam. On the other hand, we have taken extra measures to tackle people such as yourself, people who make false reports on honest working people because they don't like having to wait for things like anyone else in life.

Nothing I've said is false but what he's said is false and has been proven with evidence. Then he just makes up some more bullshit and lies more. I am stating how our system works, you did not deal with me so nothing was from me to begin with, you spoke to Meaty so yes Meaty has the right to post here and explain his turn of events. Somehow I don't think I can respond when i'm asleep at 2-4am.

Thank you for informing us, at the end of the day no fraud was done or anything like he keeps saying - According to Meaty just now, no payment was even discussed past what I posted on his request thread.

 

Okay I've read through the PM's between both users.

I also work as a competitor to Dbuffed and work using a similar ticket system. I cannot find anything serious enough to place a TwC on Dbuffed.
