I can't remember the exact amount, but I sold ariba ~400-425m @ ~.70-71 last sunday or saturday and never got paid for it.

I visited their livechat a few times during the week and was told I would get paid within 24h.

Today I visited their livechat and the worker says there is no record that I ever sold them gold.

I did not take screenshots of the original trade because I sell a ton of gold and got lazy and don't keep track of transactions unless they are larger, so I'm sorry for the lack of evidence.

However, I did screenshot a few of the chats I had afterwards with their livechat. At one point a livechat worker claimed I had been placed "in the first row of payment".

Please provide us proof of having them sold gold.
