DIY Scammed 20m

* Making this report on behalf of a member in the Trade Bungalow Discord server. He says he doesn't have a Sythe, so I'm helping him with this report. *​

Money was on held. I didn't give him the GP because of it. I will refund him the $15.

 

Explanation;
The user sent me $15.00 for 20M OSRS GP. Money was on held as I was contacting my supplier (because I don't hold a lot of gold on my RS accounts), I waited an hour for the hold to go away, so I figured he was trying to scam me, so I blocked him via Discord. He is from another platform called Rune-Server, which I've heard a lot of scammers are from there. So I apologize if he was legit, I was afraid of getting scammed myself. I also apologized to this user and offered 5M OSRS GP for free once he cancels the dispute (which he didn't).

Refunded the user $16.47 ($15.00 + my fees), user got the refund, I asked the user to cancel the dispute, he kept making up excuses, he is now ignoring me, he wouldn't cancel the dispute so I called PayPal and explained to them I refunded him a different way, PayPal is now closing this dispute. He's refunded!
