• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: None, As far as I am aware the customer requested decay games and misunderstood what stops decay. My employee played on the account and prevented it from decaying. I Semwaalez #3895 the owner was not the booster talking to the customer, so my knowledge is limited. If you believe I owe the customer compensation please mention it and I will get to it.

• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Never had a dispute that I haven't been in the right in. This customer appears to be a manipulative little snake that I personally would have not entered into a deal with, as instead of agreeing to our straight forward pricing system he constantly had a new condition that he required according to my employee at the time. I believe him to be a difficult user to do business with based on what I have seen from the logs my employee sent me.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: My employee completed an order worth around $200. I believe it was placement games, then wherever the acc placed it would proceed to be boosted into diamond 5. I believe the amount was discounted as he bought a decent amount of work. My employee then played decay game, to prevent the account from decaying. Customer thought decay game was net wins? We charge 11 dollars for a net win in plat so I don't get where he got 2 net wins are equal to $20 in diamond 5? The pricing clearly reflected games and not net wins.

• I believe I should be forgiven as for the past 3 and a bit years, I have never had an issue with customers. This mistake was made by an employee of mine and I have taken steps that will, assuming successful pardon, remedy the situation from occurring again. I would like to add, I have demoted Jack#3879. He will no longer be allowed to arrange the final agreements for any orders. All orders will be finalized before payment through myself.

• Previous pardon link(s) if applicable: I don't think I have any. There may have been one dispute from a customer who thought they got ripped off when we did more work than they deserved, but I cannot recall the outcome of that. Believe the customer may have been given a DNT.
