[Ban Evading] Takeah1ke Requesting a Pardon

So apparently there is an account named Gandhi2 that was registered to one of my emails 4 years ago while I was a freshman in college. I lived in a big suite with 11 other guys. We had a public computer in our suite and we shared everything, from food, to game accounts, to women. I never made the account Gandhi2, but a few of us were into Runescape and they knew about Sythe from me. I would have had no qualms about someone using my email to register, the sole reason being your email is essentially useless here. You don't need to confirm it or anything to be able to use the website. Right now I am desperately trying to get refunded for the hundreds of dollars AccountWareHouse has costed me, and this smoke and mirrors tactic is just ridiculous. If you guys could help me out so I can sort this out instead of being pushed aside in order to avoid punishing AccountWareHouse, that would be awesome. If you are not aware of the situation, it is in the Report A Scammer section. Also - apparently I made "irl threats" to AccountWareHouse. I routinely have kids on RuneScape telling me they are going to shove a 10 inch steel pole up into my ass. It is the internet, get over it. If I called the police for every person who threatened me I would have to deal with the cops every day. And to be fair, if someone I knew stole hundreds of dollars from me, I would send them to the hospital. Thanks.

 

This is Takeah1ke. I am trying to be recompensated for the scam AccountWareHouse has done to me. The mods have blatantly ignored the proof. No offense to Pendulum, but his English is just not good enough to understand. He told me to bring it to the admins. I can't bring it to the admins, because I'm banned. Rather than trying to defend my accusations and proof, AccountWareHouse finds an account made 5 years ago registered to one of my emails. This is not my account as I have said from the beginning. I only want to be pardoned for one reason - to provide my report towards AccountWareHouse. I have made it obvious there is no other way someone could have deleted my house and all of my untradeables - this was done while in AccountWareHouse's possession. Doing so requires the bank pin, which only they have as well as I do. I have discord screenshots between me and Pendulum, showing him being anything but helpful. Every member of this community can see I was scammed, as well as knows how shady AccountWareHouse is. Please pardon me just to have access to report a scammer. It is not cool that I had hundreds of hours of work taken away from me because someone gave AccountWareHouse a bad review - it is unbelievable that with the overwhelming amount of evidence I am the one who gets banned. They do not even get a DNT - the only reason I can see this happening is that they are paying Sythe money. Help me get some real justice.

I don't want to hear the name "AccountWareHouse" in there again because he has gotten nothing to do with the IRL threats and ban evasion offences you have commited.

• IRL threats issue: This is hardly a threat.
  This could literally mean so many different things. For when, I simply stated I know where their business is - it says so right on their website. The home address remark was a guess, because there is no way their business is legitimate and has an office. Also - permit? Seriously, hoping they have a business permit is a threat?

• Feel free to ban me forever, but not until you let me get compensated for my losses. I am trying to resolve this here instead of with lawyers or having to file a police report. The scammer has been told if they admit to destroying my account, I will give them their money back.

I did not mean to issue any threats if they were perceived as such, this was not my intention. I think you should forgive me so I have the chance to recoup my losses from my account being ruined. I have been offered tons of help for free services by tons of members of the community. I do not feel right accepting their services with my account being banned, as I can not provide them with vouches.

Wortel, I do not understand why my last pardon you said "have a good day" and linked the same sticky to me. I have read that thread probably ten times over now. It would be helpful if you could actually be helpful. I do not understand what you want. I assume this is what you want. Being rude for no reason is not helpful.
