Hacked account

Hello Sythe,

I have recently returned to OSRS and the Sythe community only to find that my old Sythe account has been hacked. The Sythe account name is Jclthe2nd.

1. I am not sure of the original IP address as the account was created in 2009 and last accessed in 2015, but I know that it was created in [redacted]

2. The current email connected to it is [redacted]and I am currently in the process of recovering the email account right now (I have not used this email in years).

3. I believe there was no recovery phrase back required back when I created the account. But if there are recovery questions than I should be able to answer them.

4. I am running a new mac that is 100% clean.

Please do your best to provide the following:
-Previous ISPs/Locations
-Last location you logged in from
-Do you have access to the registered email? Were you able to recover it?
