    Hi, I'm currently trying to create an account. I'm using an [redacted] box as WiFi as my area does not receive cable WiFi due to the location.

    When trying to register it says an account was already registered but I'm not sure who's it is as I haven't made one. I'm certain all [redacted] boxes are linked to one centre in [redacted], hence why it says someone is already registered.

    If possible can you please make an account for me with the following:
